New Posting Requirement for California Businesses

April 1 all businesses with 5 or more employees will be required to post  information about the rights and obligations of pregnant  employees. Please see link below for the poster. This poster has been created by the California Fair Employment and Housing Council.


I want to thank the California  Employers Association for letting me know about this.

I just put this up in my business and my wall is  getting pretty full of required posters from governmental agencies.
