Recently my company Clayscott Insurance was contacted by someone saying that they represent Dunn and Bradstreet. We believe it was Dunn Bradstreet. They indicated that there had been a number of credit request on our account and therefore on a scale of 1 to 5 with 5 being the worst our credit was poor as we had a 5.
For a fee we were told this could be corrected.
We have done some research and found out that only one credit report had been ordered. Beware of these kinds of calls. The Dunn Bradstreet representative was extremely obnoxious and when we said we were not interested said I guess you are not interested in your credit.
Beware of this. Have any of you been contacted with the same story.
