Minimum Wage

On January 1 the minimum wage will go to $10 in California. I am  fairly certain there will be legislation next year to increase this.
One proposal I have heard is increasing the minimum wage to $11 in 2017 and then $1 a year until it reaches $15. It would also include a cost of living increase.
Thoughts? Do you have minimum wage employees? Is there any increase you would be okay with?

Small Business California is looking  for ideas of legislation small businesses would like to see introduced.  Remember it must be state  legislation.  Please give me your ideas.
